The problem: the accounts aren't yours, they're the agency's
If you work on ad accounts handed to you by an agency or a client, you usually don't have your own Business Manager with admin rights over those accounts — and the official Marketing API needs exactly that to launch: your own Meta app and a system user in a BM that has rights on the account. Until now the only workaround was asking the agency to create a system user in their BM and hand you a token, which means trusting someone else's infrastructure and someone else's revocation process.
What AdFleet uses instead
Partner access is Meta's own mechanism, not an AdFleet trick: in Business Suite the agency gives "a partner access to their assets" (Business Settings → Partners → "Give a partner access to your assets"), pointing it at your BM's ID. Only the asset's owner can share it; sometimes Meta also asks a second admin of the agency's BM to approve.
On your side, you create two system users in your own BM once — an admin one (only accepts access) and a regular one (launches ads) — the same way as in the "Tokens and Business Manager" guide. Then in the connection wizard you pick "Ad accounts from an agency" and paste both tokens — AdFleet builds a ready-made message with your BM's ID that you just copy and send to the agency.
What AdFleet does next, without you
Every few minutes AdFleet checks whether your BM has any new ad accounts or Pages shared with partner access. For every one it finds, it grants your regular system user "Manage campaigns" and "View performance" rights (not full control of the asset — exactly what's needed to launch, nothing more), and "Ads" on a Page. A connected account shows up in Accounts like any other. If granting access fails, AdFleet doesn't retry forever — it tells you once what to click by hand.
The honest limits
AdFleet doesn't rent or sell ad accounts — it only works with what the agency actually shared, and it can't pass that access on any further: Meta's own rules forbid that outright, not just inside AdFleet. If the agency stops sharing an account, it's flagged as disconnected; shares it again, and AdFleet picks it up as new on the next check. And the agency itself never has to create a system user or hand over a token at all — the whole process on their end is a few clicks in their partner settings.
Who this is for
Buyers and small teams working on ad accounts from several agencies or clients who want to launch in bulk through the official API without manually handing over tokens every time a new account gets added. If the agency already created a system user for you and handed you a token directly, partner access isn't needed — a regular token connect works the same way.
Solo starts at $29/mo for one seat, Team at $149/mo for 5 seats. Try it free for 3 days, no card — connect your first account from an agency and watch AdFleet pick up access to it.
