Sometimes AdFleet stops sending requests for a token or an account by itself — it's safer for the accounts. Campaigns on Facebook keep running meanwhile.
Meta asked to check the profile
Facebook returned error #31 / 3858385 on a user token. From then on — zero requests with that token, pauses included. Every page shows "Meta asked to check the profile — all AdFleet actions are stopped", and you get one notification. Usually this isn't a check of the profile itself: Facebook flagged the API request, and most often there is no separate check window in the profile.
- If spend needs stopping, do it by hand in Ads Manager ("Open Ads Manager").
- "Refresh the token" — issue a new token in this profile and connect it via "Replace". "Check again" won't work here.
- If that doesn't help — create one ad by hand in Ads Manager from this profile, then replace the token again.
- If Facebook did show a check window in the profile — pass it, then step 2.
- Before a big launch — one test launch.
"API blocked (#200)"
Facebook closed API access for the token. AdFleet makes no requests until you press "Check again" — one short request, at most every 30 seconds. A permission or access error during a launch stops that account.
"not answering"
Facebook refused the token: revoked, expired, or the BM was blocked. Connect a new token.
"Don't poll"
You can switch an account off yourself: "Don't poll" under "Ad accounts" (up to 500 accounts at once). Zero requests — no statuses, money, stats or launches. Undo with "Poll again". The Owner, Head or whoever connected the BM's token can do it.
