"Creatives" is your team's folder of files. Upload once, pick at every launch. A file is just its name; presets hold no file lists.
Picking files at launch
- "From the Creatives folder" — thumbnails, tick the ones you want (tick order = layout order), search by file name, "Select all".
- "From your computer" — drop files into the box or press "Choose on your computer": the file lands in the folder and ticks itself.
- Empty folder — the form shows the drop box and three steps on what to do next.
How long files stay
- A file no launch used for 60 days (counted from its upload or last use, whichever is later) is deleted automatically. 60 is the default; the server administrator sets the period.
- 7 days before that the card says "deleted in N d" and the "Deleting soon" filter lists it.
- Any launch with the file restarts the count. A file that a running launch uses is never deleted.
- The deletion is written to the team's action journal. Past launches, statistics and ad names are not affected; retrying an old launch whose file is gone stops that account with a clear reason — upload the file again.
Keeping a file for good
Press "Pin" on the card: a pinned file is never touched by the cleanup. It still counts in your plan's storage — "Unpin" brings the normal period back.
Rename, replace, delete
"Rename" changes only the name in the list — ad names in Meta and statistics keep the earlier file name. "Replace" puts another file in its place. You can delete a file unless a running launch needs it.
