The "Forgot password?" link sits on the login page next to the "Password" label. It's there only when email sending is set up in AdFleet; no link — contact support.
Resetting
- "Forgot password?" → "Reset your password" → the account's email → "Send the link".
- The answer is always the same: "If an account with this email exists, we've sent it a password reset link" — the page never says whether the account exists.
- Open the link from the email → "New password" and "Repeat the password", at least 8 characters → "Save password".
- Log in with the new password.
The link
- Works once, for 60 minutes. A new request doesn't cancel earlier links: any unexpired one works, and once the password is changed the rest stop working.
- No email? Check your spam folder or try again a bit later.
- Dead if it was already used, expired, the password changed since, or support sent a new one — then "Request a new link".
- A link requested by AdFleet support is valid for 24 hours and cancels the earlier ones.
Limits
- Up to 5 requests per 15 minutes from one IP, then "Too many attempts".
- Up to 3 emails an hour to one address from one IP, and up to 10 an hour to an address in total; extra requests are silently not sent.
What a new password changes
- Every session of the account ends — log in again everywhere.
- Telegram sign-in is unlinked — /help/login-telegram.
- Open access requests are cancelled — /help/access-requests.
- The account's email wasn't confirmed yet — after logging in AdFleet shows "Check your teams": "Stay" or "Leave" for each team (/help/leave-team).
- An email "Your AdFleet password was changed" follows. Wasn't you — recover access right away and contact support.
