Moving from Keitaro: what is where

If you worked in Keitaro, everything familiar is here — under other names. Moving means recreating five things and making two edits in the network: the postback line and {click_id} in the offer link.

What is where

  • Campaign → link: "Tracker" → "Links". A link has its own path (slug), domain, offer and source; a link code is unique in the team.
  • Flow → flow: "Tracker" → "Flows" (when flows are turned on). A flow is optional — the link works without one. A flow holds the offer URL, the prelander list and rules by country, device, OS, browser, language, time and sub-labels.
  • Affiliate network → network: "Tracker" → "Networks" and "Postbacks". Pick the platform and you get ready postback lines with a token (/help/tracker-postbacks).
  • Traffic source → source template: "Tracker" → "Settings". Built in: Meta, Google, TikTok, Microsoft, Push; your own — up to 20. sub1 is always the ad, sub2 the ad group, sub3 the campaign; the other labels are free.
  • Landing → the flow's prelander hosts. A landing on your own domain opens as before; you put its address into the offer or the flow.
  • Offer → offer: "Offers" — the name and the rate (amount, currency, event); with no rate, revenue comes from the postback. The network's offer address goes into the link, in "Destination — the offer URL".
  • Domain → domain: "Tracker" → "Domains" (/help/tracker-domains).

Postback macros

Keitaro's macro names fit, but a ready postback line can't stay as it is: add event= (lead, reg, ftd, dep or sale). If it had status=lead, change it to status=approved&event=lead. Without event the journal shows no_event, and status=lead shows bad_status.

  • {subid} → click_id. subid works too.
  • {status} → status: approved, hold, rejected and their synonyms (sale, paid, declined, chargeback…). The network's own words go into the network's status map.
  • {payout} → payout (or revenue). A minus is a correction, such as a chargeback.
  • {currency} → currency.
  • {tid} → tx or tid: the conversion id, used to drop repeats.
  • The event type (lead, reg, ftd, dep, sale) → event.

The network must send back our {click_id} in the offer link — where {subid} used to be.

Moving in an evening

  1. "Domains" — connect a domain (or take the shared one to test).
  2. "Networks" — connect the network, copy the postback line into its dashboard (with event=).
  3. "Offers" — create the offer with a name and the rate.
  4. "Links" — create a link: the network's offer address in "Destination", the right source; copy it into the ads.
  5. When flows are turned on and you need rules — "Flows".
  6. Click the link: the click shows in "Clicks", a test postback in "Conversions".

Don't switch the old Keitaro campaign off until the first postbacks arrive. Keitaro's click history does not move here.
