Launching

Checks before a launch: money, Page and pixel

Before its first request to Facebook, AdFleet checks the money and the required settings. If something's off, nothing launches and you see why right away.

"Check the budget before launching"

  • For each account — the maximum daily spend in the account's currency (the same conversion the launch uses), the total in USD and in your limit's currency; the number of campaigns, budget objects, CBO/ABO, targeting.
  • Without the "I've checked the budget, currency and account list" tick the launch won't go.
  • If the preset, an account's currency or the rate changed since the form opened — "The budget has changed — check it again"; confirm the new total.
  • Your personal daily limit ("Daily budget limit") is set by the Owner or Head under "Team". A total above it blocks the launch.
  • A total well above your past launches (3× your usual over 30 days) — a "Check for an extra zero" warning.

Required settings

  • An EU-targeted preset without a DSA advertiser — add it in the preset ("EU advertiser" block).
  • The objective is pixel conversions and the account has no pixel — that account doesn't run: add the pixel or untick it.
  • Names or the link use {{actor}} and you have no name set — Account → "My name".
  • No Page on an account — pick one in the account's row.

"Launch without checking the Page/pixel"

When you pick a Page or pixel other than the account's saved one, AdFleet checks it with Facebook. If Facebook didn't answer, nothing launches without this tick. Use it only when you're sure of the ID: a wrong Page or pixel will break the launch or send conversions elsewhere. The tick goes into the launch journal. A Page or pixel the token definitely can't see is refused even with it.

A "not polled" account

If "Don't poll" is on for an account under "Ad accounts", AdFleet sends it no requests at all — and launches into it are closed (the "not polled" badge). Turn polling back on with "Poll again".
