Tick rows and pick an action at the bottom or in the row menu.
Actions
- "Pause" / "Resume" — up to 200 objects at once.
- "Budget": an exact $ amount (converted to each account's currency), "+%" or "−%". First "Preview" — the old and new budget, read from Facebook right now. If something changed since the preview, a "Check the budgets" screen appears. At most +100% or −90% per action, up to $100,000 per object, up to 25 rows. Ads have no budget of their own.
- "Duplicate" — 1 to 5 copies, always paused. If Facebook's answer was ambiguous, duplicating that object again is blocked until you check Ads Manager.
- "Delete" — up to 20 objects, two confirmations and a separate "Confirm deletion" page → "Yes, delete forever". This can't be undone.
- The row menu — copy the ID and name, open the post on Facebook, open the ad's link.
There's no renaming objects from Stats.
Who can
- Pause, resume, budget, duplicate — Owner, Head, Team lead, Buyer (on their own accounts).
- Delete — Owner, Head, Team lead.
- Viewer and Tech — view only. In "View as" mode only "Pause" is allowed.
- A raise can't push the total past the member's daily limit set by the Owner or Head.
After any change that account's cache is cleared, so the next load shows fresh numbers. Every change lands in "Incidents" → "Change timeline".
