Pixel or tracker
If the team has Keitaro or Binom connected with conversion reading (/help/tracker-conversions), Stats gets a "Results" switch: "Pixel" / "Tracker". The choice is yours and is remembered in this browser.
- "Pixel" — registrations and deposits from the Meta pixel.
- "Tracker" — registrations, deposits, their cost and CR from the tracker; those columns and cards are marked "tracker". Above the table you see when the tracker was last read, and whether the last read failed.
- The "Tracker" columns (clicks, leads, regs, deps, revenue, profit, ROI, EPC, deposit CPA) show "—" with a country or placement breakdown and at levels finer than the tracker's label.
Currency
Each row is in its account's currency. Totals and cards are in USD at the daily rate (open.er-api.com, refreshed every 6 hours). A row without a rate isn't counted in the USD total.
Time
"Today", "yesterday" and "data as of …" follow the team's time zone — the Owner sets it under "Team". Stats don't use the ad account's own zone.
Freshness and the day close
- Today's numbers are cached for 5 minutes, past days for an hour, statuses and budgets for 3 minutes. "Refresh" reads again.
- With 3 or more accounts they load one by one: "Loading data: N of M accounts".
- Facebook backfills conversions. So once a day, after 00:30 team time, AdFleet re-reads days D-7 to D-2 and checks yesterday's total; if they disagree, that day is re-read. There's no separate indicator — past days simply get more accurate.
An account that dropped out of the token's access today stays in Stats until the end of the day, marked "missing today".
