"Management" → "Usage & limits" → the "What the team uses" tab. Owner and Head only.
On the tab
- "Who:" — the whole team or one member; period — 7, 30, 90 or 180 days.
- Cards: "Actions and opens", "Active people" (came in at least once in the period; for one member — their role), "Features in use", "Last activity".
- "Activity by day" — section opens and actions together, by the team's days; hover a bar for the day's numbers.
- "By feature" — how often a section was opened, what was done inside (e.g. "pause ×3"), how many people used it and when last. Below — "Never used:" — sections nobody opened in the period.
- "Recent actions" — from the team journal.
- "By person" — opens, actions, number of features and what's used most. Click a member for their features, chart and actions.
What's counted
Sections: Launch, Launch history, Presets, Creatives, Statistics, Auto-rules, Accounts & tokens, Incidents, Offers, Trackers, Notifications, Team. Opening a section is one open; a key action inside it (a launch, saving a preset, a pause or budget in Stats, assigning an account…) is one action.
- Counts only — no content: no names, amounts or texts.
- Not counted: actions that ended in an error, previews and refusals in Stats, browsing in "View as" and the pages' background requests.
- Counters are kept 180 days; days follow the team's time zone. Data builds up from the moment the counter arrived in AdFleet.
- For a member who isn't the Owner or Head, "Team" never shows under "Never used" — it isn't open to them.
