Tech is the role for a technical specialist: they set up everything technical in the team but don't launch ads, change spend or manage people. The Owner and Head grant it — by invite, by changing a role under "Team", or when approving a request (/help/access-requests). Tech takes a plan seat like any member.
Can
- See every account in the team and its stats — like the Owner and Head.
- Connect tokens. A token Tech connects belongs to the team: its accounts aren't assigned to Tech.
- Manage any token, BM and profile proxy in the team, not only their own: refresh, rename and delete a BM, replace, re-check and revoke a token, "Don't poll" / "Poll again".
- Set an account's Page and pixel — /help/page-pixel.
- Assign accounts to members — in the account's row or in bulk under "Ad accounts".
- Connect Keitaro and Binom: "Management" → "Trackers" — /help/trackers.
Can't
- Launch, retry or cancel launches.
- Pause, change budgets, duplicate or delete objects in Stats, pause an account, create or edit auto-rules.
- Edit presets, creatives and offers.
- Manage people: invites, roles, removal, access requests, goals, limits, "View as".
- See the plan, prices and billing: instead of "Plan & billing" they get "Profile". The team data export isn't available to them either.
Tech can't promote themselves or anyone else — only the Owner and Head change roles. You can't "View as" a Tech member.
