"Tracker" → "Clicks". Every role can open it; a Buyer and Team lead see only clicks of their own ad accounts' ads (a click whose ad is not tied to any ad account is not shown to them).
What the table shows
Time (in the team's time zone), the click's outcome (Click, Lead, Reg, FTD, Dep, Sale and the amount in the tracker currency; a click with no conversion is a grey "Click" badge), the click's SubID, IP — the subnet only (/24 for IPv4, /48 for IPv6; the tracker never stores a full address), link, offer, flow and branch, destination, sub1–sub10, source, GEO (country, region, city), language, device, OS, browser, referer, unique, a "bot" mark with its reason (a flood from one subnet is a bot too) and the click's conversions: lead, reg, FTD, dep, sale — with status and payout in the tracker currency.
10 columns show by default: time, outcome, SubID, link, offer, sub1, GEO, device, unique and bot; the rest (IP, OS, the conversions list and more) are under "Columns", and the choice is remembered in this browser. Unique is marked at roll-up, a couple of minutes after the click.
Above the filters sits the "Clicks this month" counter: how much of the plan's limit is used; the ⓘ icon explains what counts. On a phone the table gives way to click cards: time and outcome, link, offer, GEO, device and the "bot" mark; a tap opens the click card (SubID and IP only there). Filters are folded under a "Filters" button on a phone — the period and the search stay in sight.
Filters and search
- Period: today (default), yesterday, 7 days or your own dates — no further back than raw clicks are kept (tracker settings).
- Link, offer, flow, ad account; under "More filters" — country, device, OS, browser, source, bots (all / people only / bots only), unique only, with a conversion only.
- Search: a click's SubID (26 characters) finds that click on any kept day, ignoring the period and filters. Any other text is an exact match on sub1–sub10 within the chosen period.
Pages of 50, 100 or 200 clicks with "Newer" and "Older"; "Refresh" shows fresh clicks with the same filters. Clicking a row opens the click card: every field, the fbclid and each conversion's status history.
From the reports
Every row of "Reports" has "clicks" — the log opens with that row's filters and the report's period, showing exactly the clicks the row is made of: people only, as the report counts them (the "Bots" filter can be cleared).
No clicks
When the period is empty, the log suggests checking the link and the domain and offers a "Test click": the team's normal link opens in a new tab, and after "Refresh" the click shows in the log. Reports count it as a person's click. With filters on, reset them first.
CSV
The CSV button exports every click of the current filter, up to 100,000 rows. IP in the export is the subnet only, too.
A query that is too wide (a long period without filters) stops after a few seconds — narrow the period or add a filter.
