"Tracker" → "Conversions". Every role can open it; a Buyer and Team lead see only conversions of their own ad accounts' ads (a conversion whose ad is not tied to any ad account is not shown to them) — in the table, the totals, the search and the CSV alike.
What the table shows
Conversion time (in the team's time zone), type (Lead, Reg, FTD — first and repeat deposits, Sale), status (approved, hold, rejected — with the reason: declined by the network, trash, fraud, chargeback), the click's SubID (next to it, a jump to that click in "Clicks"), link, offer, GEO, device, "Click → conversion" (how long after the click it came) and the revenue in the tracker currency.
10 columns show by default; the rest are under "Columns", and the choice is remembered in this browser: source, flow, branch, destination, sub1–sub10, language, OS, browser, referer, sale time (when the conversion became approved), reason, transaction ID, the network's payout (in its currency), deposit amount. While there is no rate for the conversion's day, the revenue shows "rate pending" with the network's own amount.
A conversion carries its click's parameters (sub values, GEO, device) with it — they stay visible even after the click itself has been deleted by retention. There is no IP in the conversions log at all.
Above the table, the totals of the whole filter, not just the page: how many conversions (approved, hold, rejected), approved revenue, hold, payout, registrations and first deposits. They are the same numbers as in "Reports" for the same period and filters: revenue is before chargebacks. If some conversions still wait for a rate, the sums show "—".
On a phone the table gives way to cards: time, type and status, link, offer, GEO, device and revenue; a tap opens the conversion card. Filters are folded under a "Filters" button on a phone — the period and the search stay in sight.
Filters and search
- Period: today (default), yesterday, 7 days or your own dates — by the conversion's day in the team's time zone.
- Link, offer, flow, ad account, status; under "More filters" — type (lead, registration, first deposit, deposit, sale, other), country, device, OS, browser, source.
- Search: a click's SubID (26 characters) shows every conversion of that click in any period, ignoring the period and filters. Any other text is an exact match on the transaction ID or on sub1–sub10 within the chosen period.
Pages of 50, 100 or 200 conversions with "Newer" and "Older"; "Refresh" shows fresh conversions with the same filters. Clicking a row opens the conversion card: type, status and reason, conversion and sale time, payout and revenue, deposit amount, the affiliate network (by the postback token), the click's data and the status history with amounts (hold → approved, chargeback, restore).
Links to other pages
- Every row of "Reports" has "conversions" — the log opens with that row's filters and the report's period, showing exactly the conversions the row's numbers are made of.
- In "Clicks", a click's conversion has an "Open in the conversions log" link, and a conversion has "Open the click in the clicks log".
No conversions
Conversions arrive as network postbacks: connect a network ("Postbacks" — the "Set up postbacks" button is for Owner, Head and Team lead) and pass {click_id} in the offer link (/help/tracker-postbacks). No click, no conversion: first make sure the clicks arrive (/help/tracker-clicks-log). With filters on, reset them first.
CSV
The CSV button exports every conversion of the current filter, up to 100,000 rows: every column, money as numbers, time in both the team's zone and UTC. There is no IP in the export.
A query that is too wide (a long period without filters) stops after a few seconds — narrow the period or add a filter.
