Built-in tracker: links and the redirect

AdFleet's built-in tracker counts clicks and conversions without Keitaro or Binom: "Analytics" → "Tracker".

Create a link

"Links" → "New link":

  • "Name" and, optionally, an "Offer" from the CRM — a button fills in its landing page.
  • "Destination — the offer URL" — http(s) to a public address only, up to 2048 characters, no login or password in the URL, not to AdFleet domains.
  • "Domain" — an active team domain (/help/tracker-domains) or the shared test domain — for testing only.
  • "Link path (slug)" — Latin letters, digits and hyphens, 3–40 characters. Leave empty and we'll pick one.

The Owner, Head and Team lead create and archive links.

Macros in the offer URL

AdFleet fills them in on each click (every value is encoded):

  • {click_id} — our click ID. Pass it to the network — it sends it back in the postback, and the conversion is tied to the ad (/help/tracker-postbacks).
  • {sub1} … {sub10} — from the link's parameters; {country} — the country according to Cloudflare; the source's click id — {fbclid} (Meta), {gclid} (Google Ads), {ttclid} (TikTok), {msclkid} (Microsoft Ads) or your own source's parameter: the one in this link's traffic-source template is filled in.

Other parameters on the link aren't passed on.

The link for your ad

Copy the ready link — Meta fills in the ad, ad set and campaign IDs, the placement and the site itself:

https://<domain>/<slug>?sub1={{ad.id}}&sub2={{adset.id}}&sub3={{campaign.id}}&sub4={{placement}}&sub5={{site_source_name}}

The link by itself — from the preset

In the preset ("Links and naming" → "AdFleet tracker") pick "Auto: the offer's link": the offer's link is found or made on the team's active domain, Meta's macros (sub1={{ad.id}} …) join the ad's "URL parameters", and your own parameters stay as they are. A flow from the list, or "no flow" — everyone to the offer's landing. Changed the offer's landing — the next launch goes to the new one.

  • Without a domain of your own the link lives on the shared test host — links there are made by the Owner, Head and Team lead; a Buyer makes a link on the team's domain only.
  • The link is checked again before a launch: archived or the domain not active — the launch doesn't start and says why. "Relaunch" checks the same way.

The redirect is the same for everyone

Every click gets a 302 to the very same offer URL. People, bots and Meta's review all land on the same page: no filtering by country, device or IP, no page swapping — and there never will be. Bots are only flagged and left out of reports.

An archived link ("Archive") stops opening (404) — and so do ads that use it.
