Terms of Service
Last updated: October 21, 2026. This is the legally binding English version.
1. Who and what
NVY LOGISTICS LLC, a Florida LLC, USA ("we"), provides AdFleet, a cloud service for creating and managing Meta ads through the official Marketing API ("Service"). The Service is for business use. By signing up or paying, you ("Customer") accept these terms. Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are part of them.
2. How the Service works
The Service acts only in your ad accounts, through your own Meta app and with your own tokens (a System User token or a token from a profile you are entitled to use, optionally through your own proxy). We do not supply ad accounts, profiles, proxies or Meta apps. We store your tokens encrypted and use them only for your requests to Meta.
3. Payment
Plans, limits and prices are on adfleet.app. You pay in advance for the period you choose, by card (Stripe) or USDT. Certain advertising categories are paid in USDT only. A card subscription renews automatically; cancel in one click at any time. Balance and USDT payments are never charged automatically: we remind you 7 days before a period ends and on its last day, and if it is not paid, access is suspended when the period ends. You can stop at any time by not paying for the next period; access continues to the end of the paid one. You can change plans at any time; paid value carries over. Taxes on your side (including reverse-charge VAT in the EU and UK) are yours. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. A bonus credited on a USDT top-up is part of that top-up: if the top-up is refunded in full, the bonus is cancelled, and any part of it already used is deducted from the refund.
4. Your responsibilities
You alone are responsible for the ads you run through the Service: content, targeting, budgets, Meta's policies, the laws of the countries where ads run, and any licences your offer requires. Before each launch the Service shows the daily budget total and you confirm it; confirmed spend is yours, and so are the effects of auto-rules you set up. You are responsible for the security of your tokens and your users' access.
You may not use the Service to:
- circumvent Meta's moderation or reviews (cloaking and similar), or show different pages to different visitors through the tracker;
- run ads that are illegal in the target country, or deceive consumers;
- access ad accounts, profiles or Business Managers without the owner's permission.
You confirm that you and your owners and users are not in a country under comprehensive US sanctions, not on US sanctions lists, and not acting for such persons. If you use the built-in tracker, you are responsible for your domain, landing pages, offers and the notice to your visitors.
5. Our service level and disclaimers
We keep the Service running and compatible with current Meta API versions within a reasonable time. Support is through the Telegram bot and [email protected] on business days; first answers in the bot come from an AI assistant. The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee ad results, ad approval, or that Meta will not restrict your ad accounts, profiles or apps; Meta's decisions are outside our control. We do not guarantee when, or whether, an auto-rule fires, because Meta data arrives with a delay.
6. Liability
Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for lost profit, indirect damages or your ad spend, except for intent or gross negligence where the law does not allow excluding it.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for breach of section 4, non-payment, or a security threat, with notice except in urgent cases. After termination your data is kept for 30 days (you can export it), then deleted, except records the law requires us to keep.
8. Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Before any dispute goes further, we both try to settle it by talking for 30 days. We may change these terms with 14 days' notice; continuing to use the Service means you accept the changes.
9. Tracker domains bought in AdFleet
You can buy a domain for the tracker right in AdFleet. AdFleet (NVY LOGISTICS LLC) registers the domain in its own name on your behalf through Namecheap, Inc., an ICANN-accredited registrar; AdFleet is not a registrar. The owner details in WHOIS are hidden (Domain Privacy), and you don't need to fill anything in. You can use the domain while your subscription and the domain renewal are paid. The registration price is shown before purchase; renewal is at the registry's current price on the renewal date; if the price goes up, we will tell you at least 30 days before renewal. On your request we will move the domain to you (in your name) or to another registrar free of charge. You are responsible for the domain's content and how it is used. On a complaint or a breach (including a breach of these terms) we may switch the domain off; in the notice we state the reason, except in urgent cases. A registered domain is not refunded.
