When you need this
Your ad accounts and Pages come from an agency. With partner access the agency doesn't create system users or hand over tokens — it only gives your BM access.
What you do (once)
- In your BM, create two system users: an admin and a regular one (as in the “System user token” guide — /help/system-user-token).
- In the wizard, pick “Ad accounts from an agency” and paste both tokens.
- Copy the ready-made text and send it to the agency.
What the agency does
Gives your BM partner access to the ad accounts (“Manage campaigns” and “View performance”) and Pages (“Ads”). Only the asset's owner can share it; sometimes Meta asks a second admin of their BM to approve.
What AdFleet does
Every 15 minutes it checks for new ad accounts and Pages and gives your regular system user access to them; connected ad accounts show up in Ad accounts. One attempt per ad account or Page; if it fails, it tells you what to click by hand.
What AdFleet doesn't do
It doesn't rent or sell ad accounts and gets no access beyond what the agency shared: under Meta's rules, shared access can't be passed on.
If the agency withdraws access. The ad account or Page in Ad accounts is marked "withdrawn by the agency"; launches on it stop. If the agency shares it again, AdFleet connects it itself — no need to contact the agency again.
